Sides

Working actors tape auditions on deadline, usually alone, with nobody to tell them whether a take is landing. Sides gives them a reader to practice with, a place to record, and feedback that points to specific moments in the tape instead of generic encouragement.

Video is slow and expensive to process, so the pipeline is event-driven. Each stage is its own Lambda behind its own queue, retries are idempotent, and production infrastructure is managed in Terraform. Preview deployments run the same pipeline inline, so every branch can test its own pipeline code.

Every change to the analysis is evaluated against real tapes before it ships, and new versions run side by side with the current one before they're promoted.
